Tuition & Fee Structure

2-Week Principles of Mixology/Bartending Course

Total Cost: $385.00

•Registration & Application Fee: $35.00 (non-refundable)

•Book Fee: $90.00 

•Tuition: $260.00 (due 72 hours prior to first day of class)

Refund Scenarios

School Closure

If Charm City Bartending Academy closes or discontinues a program, the school shall refund to each currently enrolled student all monies paid for tuition, fees, and monies for which the student is liable for tuition and fees.

Student Withdrawal Within 7 Calendar Days

All fees paid by a student shall be refunded if the student chooses not to enroll or to withdraw within 7 calendar days after signing a contract. Book fees are excluded from this refund unless the materials are returned in like-new condition (no writing, marks, tears, or worn areas).

Student Withdrawal After 7 Calendar Days But Before Instruction

If the student chooses not to enroll after the 7 calendar day cancellation period but before the first day of instruction, the school will retain the registration & application fees of $35.00 from the deposit. The remaining $90.00 for the 2-Week Course will be refunded. Book fees are excluded from this refund unless the materials are returned in like-new condition.

Student Withdrawal After Instruction Begins

If a student withdraws after instruction begins, refunds shall be based on the total contract price for the program and shall include all fees, except the registration & application fees and any charges for materials, supplies, or books which have been purchased by, and are the property of, the student.

Refund Schedule

The minimum refund that a school shall pay a student who withdraws or is terminated after the 7-day cancellation period has expired and after instruction has begun, is as follows:

20% up to but not including 30% of the program            60% refund

Refund Process

1.To request a refund, click the "REQUEST A REFUND HERE" button above or email marcus@charmcitybartendingacademy.com

2.Include your full name, course dates, and reason for refund request

3.Return any materials if applicable for book fee refunds

4.All approved refunds will be issued by check and mailed within 60 calendar days from the date of withdrawal or termination

5.The date of withdrawal or termination is considered the last date of attendance by the student

Definitions

Withdrawal: A student's voluntary decision to leave the program, communicated in writing to Charmcitybartending@gmail.com

Termination: Dismissal from the program due to violation of school policies or excessive absences

Last Date of Attendance: The final day the student physically attended class
